Trauma-informed, bilingual clinical assessments to support your legal journey. Professional, compelling reports for Asylum, Hardship, VAWA, and U-Visas.

Professional Documentation for Your Immigration Case

Immigration evaluations are specialized clinical assessments designed to support individuals navigating legal processes. At Breaking the Cycle Psychotherapy Services, we provide the detailed mental health documentation required for legal review, focusing on emotional history, hardship, and the impact of trauma.

IMPORTANT: This process is NOT therapy. These evaluations are strictly conducted to compile a detailed clinical history and document the impact a client has endured. This service is a professional addition to your existing legal case.

Who Immigration Evaluations Are For

Many clients seeking evaluations have experienced significant stress, family separation, or safety concerns. We document how these experiences have impacted your emotional well-being and coping capacity.

Trauma-Informed & Culturally Sensitive Care

As a Mexican immigrant, Yessica Ross is deeply aware of the stressors involved in the immigration process. We balance compassion with clinical structure to produce reports that are both respectful and useful for legal purposes.

Why These Evaluations Matter

Legal paperwork alone often misses the full human story. These evaluations bridge the gap by providing a clinical perspective on emotional hardship and trauma, aiding legal teams in decision-making.

Structure and Timeline

After your two clinical sessions, a draft is prepared and typically shared with your attorney for feedback. Our advanced training ensures assessments are professional, well-prepared, and compelling for legal review.
