Here is some helpful information.

Reminders for sessions are sent 72 and 36 hours before the start time to give clients enough time to cancel or request a reschedule if needed without fee.

Telehealth sessions also have a reminder 10 minutes before the start time.

A reminder that sessions cannot be completed if a client is more than 15 minutes late and are considered a Late Cancellation or No Show with fee. They are not covered or accepted by insurance (currently only Alliant Health and Kaiser).

Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for more information. It is part of the intake paperwork in your client portal.
