Every service I offer is designed to help you step out of the loops that keep repeating emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Whether you’re unpacking childhood experiences, navigating a challenging relationship, or preparing for an evaluation, we move at a pace that honors your story.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY:

Individual therapy is your space to slow down and get curious about your emotional world. We explore your story, attachment style, roles, responsibilities, triggers, beliefs, and the cycles that keep showing up even when you want things to be different.

Together we will:

  • Identify patterns and where they came from

  • Explore how your past shapes your present

  • Understand triggers and automatic reactions

  • Build awareness, emotional language, and grounding skills

  • Practice healthier ways of responding

  • Create a more connected version of yourself

• 55 minutes
• Option for 90-minute extended sessions

BARIATRIC EVALUATIONS:

A bariatric evaluation helps determine emotional readiness, long-term patterns, and support systems surrounding your health journey. My approach is kind, collaborative, and focused on understanding your history with food, coping, motivation, and lifestyle.

You’ll receive a thorough, easy-to-understand report for your surgeon.

RELATIONAL THERAPY:

Relational therapy helps with romantic relationships, friendships, and family systems. Instead of blaming one person, we focus on the relational cycle the loop both people get pulled into.

My role is to remain neutral, compassionate, and focused on the health of the relationship.

In relational therapy, we will:

  • Map out your relational cycle

  • Identify unmet needs, emotional risks, and patterns

  • Explore each person’s roles, reactions, and attachment wounds

  • Learn a new way of communicating

  • Practice new patterns in real time

  • Build trust, safety, and connection

Session length:
• 55 minutes
• 90 minutes strongly recommended for deeper work

IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS:

Your story deserves to be honored and documented with respect and cultural understanding. Immigration evaluations help explain how your mental health has been impacted and provide the clarity attorneys need for your case.

Types of evaluations offered:

You can complete your evaluation in English or Spanish.

  • Weekly sessions are recommended at the start to build momentum. Over time, they naturally space out. We can adjust as needed.

  • Yes. I offer virtual sessions in Georgia and South Carolina, and in-person sessions in Georgia.

  • I am in-network with:

    • Kaiser Permanente

    • United Healthcare (UHC)

    For all other providers, I can give you a monthly Superbill.

  • Warm, culturally aware, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and practical. We focus on understanding and breaking cycles.

  • Sometimes. If it supports your growth, I may offer exercises, reflection questions, or tools to practice between sessions.

  • No. I do not provide crisis services. For emergencies, please contact 988 or your local crisis resources.

  • Yes. Only if you want to. It’s never forced.

  • Yes, you can choose English or Spanish for all services.
