BTC Psychotherapy is a bilingual practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families understand and break the emotional and relational cycles that keep repeating in their lives. I work with clients who feel stuck in patterns shaped by childhood experiences, cultural expectations, attachment wounds, and painful transitions.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounding. I create a space where you can slow down, explore your reactions with curiosity instead of shame, and learn practical tools that help you respond differently.
Because of my own lived experience as an immigrant and a bicultural woman, I’m especially committed to serving clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish so you can express yourself in the language that feels most true to you.

A space to talk, process, understand, and be seen. We explore your story, attachment patterns, roles, beliefs, and the emotional cycles that keep showing up. You’ll leave with practical tools and weekly support to help you respond differently in your real life.
Sessions: 55 minutes
Extended sessions: 90 minutes available -
Whether romantic, familial, or friendship-focused, we work together to understand your relational cycle the pattern you and the other person keep getting stuck in. My role is to stay neutral, compassionate, and focused on the health of the relationship, not on taking sides.
We identify the cycle, understand its root, and begin practicing new, healthier ways of connecting.
Sessions: 55 minutes
Extended sessions: 90 minutes (highly recommended) -
