Healing starts with one honest conversation. You don’t have to stay stuck.

BTC Psychotherapy is a bilingual practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work to understand and break the emotional and relational cycles that keep repeating across generations.

Many of the patterns we struggle with were shaped long before we had words for them. Family dynamics, childhood experiences, cultural expectations, attachment wounds, and seasons of loss or transition all play a role. In therapy, we slow down and look at these patterns with compassion and clarity so healing can take root.

My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I create a space where you can explore your experiences without shame, learn healthier ways of responding, and reconnect with your values, your faith, and the life God desires for you. For clients who want it, faith can be thoughtfully integrated into sessions as a source of hope, guidance, and strength, always alongside evidence-based care.

As an immigrant and bicultural woman, I’m especially committed to serving clients from diverse cultural and family backgrounds. Therapy is offered in both English and Spanish so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and honest.

You’ve been carrying so much for so long that you barely remember what it feels like to feel steady.

Maybe you’ve been thinking:

  • “Why do I keep ending up in the same relationship patterns?”

  • “Why do I react the same way… even when I don’t want to?”

  • “Why do I shut down, avoid conflict, or explode when I’m overwhelmed?”

  • “Why am I carrying the same wounds that ran in my family?”

  • “Why do I feel disconnected from the people I love or from myself?”

  • “Why can’t I break this cycle, no matter how hard I try?”

If you felt any of this in your chest, you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to keep repeating the same emotional loops.
Therapy can help you understand them and shift them.

HI!

I immigrated from Mexico to the US as a child, and that transition changed my life. It was confusing, painful, and full of moments where I didn’t have the support I needed. When I struggled with low self-esteem, difficult relationships, identity questions, and the cycles that kept pulling me in, I felt alone.

Becoming a therapist was my way of becoming the person I needed back then.

Humans are wired for connection. When we feel disconnected from ourselves or the people around us, we feel pain. I’m here to walk with you through that pain, help you understand the patterns that are showing up in your life, and support you as you learn how to break them.”
